The BETTER V-CELL follows the successful line of the BETTER C-CELL. The V-Cell is a cartridge type rigid bag filter containing 14M² of media in the form of eight individual slabs of 22mm deep pleated media. Again we used the same patented technology to produce the pleats and we finished off the design by using a plastic frame. The result is the best looking filter on the market, made from 100% polypropylene and suitable for HVAC or gas turbine applications.

100% polypropylene mini-pleated rigid bag filter.

A 100% polypropylene filter media made from a modified meltdown process. The graded fibre density ensure coarse fibres upstream and fine fibres downstream giving optimum particle capture characteristics. The media is taken through the patented manufacturing process which includes addition of extruded polypropylene separators to the pleated media which gives a unique V configuration ensuring low initial resistance and a longer lifespan. The filter is completed using a 100% white polypropylene frame.

The final pleated filter is extremely durable with high compressive strength in the airflow direction. It has been tested to a burst strength of 5000 Pa. This durability also ensures that there is no damage to the pleats during transportation or assembly. In addition, the final pleated product is environmentally friendly being made from 100% polypropylene.
